Bed Sharing and Infant Mortality

Much media attention and discussion followed the December 2008 coroner's investigation into the deaths of seven babies.  The coroner reserved his findings, but made comments that bed-sharing/co-sleeping was in itself an unsafe practice and spoke out about breastfeeding organisations that support the age-old practice.
