Alexandra LLL

La Leche League Alexandra is run voluntarily by local mothers who have had experience in breastfeeding and have completed the La Leche League accredited leader programme. Our monthly morning tea meetings are a relaxed gathering to discuss selected topics and meet the needs of the mothers attending.

Our mother to mother support group is held the 1st Monday of every month at 10:00 and in the home of a League mother. 

The first meeting is free and after that we ask mums to contribute a gold coin donation if they are able. All babies and children are welcome.

We have an extensive library of La Leche League approved books related to breastfeeding, childbirth, parenting and family nutrition, which are available to loan out.
