La Leche League Alexandra offers breastfeeding support and information through:
- Lending library with books on breastfeeding, childbirth, parenting and nutrition
- Mother-to-mother support
- Latest breastfeeding information
- Telephone help from experienced Leaders
- Aroha, a bi-monthly journal for breastfeeding parents
Our facilitated discussions are held at 10.00am on the third Monday of the month at the Alexandra Fire Station, Centennial Avenue, Alexandra. The meeting room is at the rear of the building, down the drive. Parking is available.
Family Picnic
to be held on Sunday 24th January from 11.30 - 1.30pm, at Pioneer Park, Alexandra beside the children's playground. BYO picnic food and drink. All welcome.
